Beyond Breakfast is complete with 11-grams of protein per serving, but with no cholesterol, nitrates, antibiotics or hormones. The spicy variety includes some additional spices such as paprika to give it a little more kick.īeyond Breakfast Sausage & Grits with Roasted Tomatoes – another delicious plant-based option. The grits are then plated with roasted tomatoes.Īnd then served with the patties and fresh greens. The grits should be stirred constantly and then once cooked, removed from the heat and seasoned with salt and pepper. Next to it, I am cooking the spicy Beyond Breakfast Sausage patties – again over medium heat for two minutes per side. The grits are cooked in a medium saucepan with four cups of water until all the water is absorbed and the grits are smooth – about five to eight minutes. The second demo was Beyond Breakfast Sausage with Creamy Grits & Roasted Tomatoes. It makes a wonderful and healthy meal – for breakfast, brunch or any time of day. Here it is ready to serve with some fresh greens tossed with oil and vinegar. The frittata is baked until golden brown and then plated immediately. We provided printed recipe cards, so guests could make both dishes at home. Next, I combined the cooked spinach, onions, the patties, and the egg mixture into an oven-proof baking dish. And, because these patties are so quick and convenient to prepare, it makes a wonderful option for busy mornings. It took about two minutes per side – that’s it. ![]() Here, I am cooking the frozen Beyond Breakfast Sausage patties in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown. When I have a lot of eggs, I make a giant one for my outdoor grounds crew to enjoy with their coffee. I love frittata and often make it at home. Frittata is an egg-based Italian dish similar to an omelet or crustless quiche or scrambled eggs mixed with vegetables, cheese or meat. Once everyone arrived, I welcomed the guests to our table and talked about the benefits of eating more plant-based products and less meat. Guests were also offered samples of the Beyond Breakfast Sausage patties in both classic and spicy sandwiched between silver dollar pancakes. Here I am by the long dining table set with fruits, bread, and other “beyond meat” bites. Guests were welcomes with cold-pressed juices in three flavors. It was also a pleasant distraction from the world’s current news. Guests arrived by 6:30pm – it was so nice to meet everyone and to learn how enthusiastic they are about changing, improving and expanding their diets. The event introduced Beyond Meat’s newest product – Beyond Breakfast Sausage – in two great flavors, classic and spicy.
